Pathogenicity test of JS01 APEC in mice. Survival curve of mice in each group post-challenge. EJCG, EACG, and BCG group mice were intraperitoneally injected with 0.3 mL of 1.5 × 108 CFU/mL JS01 bacterial suspension, 0.3 mL of 1.5 × 10.8 CFU/mL E. coli ATCC11775 suspension, and 0.3 mL of sterile saline, respectively. Survival rates were recorded for 7 days (n = 8)
