The effect of isobavachalcone on formed biofilms of four E. faecalis strains (FB-1(a), 16C51(b), 16C102(c), 16C166(d)) was investigated. Biofilm formation at 8×MIC was measured by absorbance at 570 nm after 24 h of culture (Table S3). Data shown are means ± SD of three independent experiments.
