  1. *Details of culture outcomes (defined as a positive M. ulcerans recovered for at least one of the different methods at any time point) on 21 BU confirmed participants evaluated by Tika-MGIT (Mycobacterium Growth Indicator Tube), Petroff-MGIT and Petroff-LJ (Löwenstein Jenssen) and compared with 16 S rRNA assay for viable M. ulcerans.
